Role Overview
- Independent disciplinary leadership, staff planning, and development
- Optimization of nursing and quality standards
- Organization, evaluation, and optimization of workflows

Requirements
- Completed vocational qualification in health and nursing or geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management (a plus, but not required)
- Certificate as responsible nursing specialist and nursing expert (200 hours)
- Leadership experience in larger teams
- Experience with change management processes
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
