Support the Bergzeit Loyalty Program: actively contribute to the conception, implementation and further development of campaigns, new features and technical mechanics — including testing, performance monitoring and documentation
Assist in executing e-mail campaigns and automated journeys; you will create all parts of the newsletter such as customer segments, creative briefs, subject lines, content and links
Independently manage the organization and evaluation of subprojects in one of the areas mentioned above
Support performance controlling & reporting with regular analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Gain exposure to analytics & technical tools: learn to analyze and interpret relevant CRM and marketing KPIs
Requirements
You are a student in Business Administration, Online Marketing, Business Informatics, Communications or a related field
You enjoy shopping online and feel at home in the digital world
You want to gain experience in CRM, customer loyalty and e-mail marketing
You have a strong quality awareness and a careful, reliable and independent way of working
You have an analytical approach to data, an interest in numbers and are proficient with MS Office applications
Ideally, you are enthusiastic about mountain sports
