responsible for developing in scalable cloud-native solutions
ensuring best practices across architecture, development, deployment, and security
perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, and requirements allocation for cloud and hybrid environments.
design, implement, and support scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
support cloud architecture design activities, including evaluation of technical alternatives, cost, risk, and supportability.
develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
deploy, configure, integrate, and support applications in cloud environments.
assist with containerization and orchestration using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
support cloud environment performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
assist with system integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
implement and support security best practices, including identity and access management, logging, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
monitor system health and assist with troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
support cloud modernization efforts, including migration of legacy systems and adoption of cloud-native services.
create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
collaborate with developers, operations, security, and customer stakeholders to support solution design and implementation.
coach and provide technical guidance to junior engineers as needed.
follow established engineering, DevOps/ DevSecOps, and quality assurance processes and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
Secret Security Clearance required
U.S. citizenship required.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (IAT Level II).
Hands-on experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, or DevOps/ DevSecOps tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and version control tools (Git).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).
