Take full responsibility for the specification, selection, procurement, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment
Lead RCAs efficiently
Work with site staff and the reliability team to develop and implement strategies that maximize uptime of the equipment
Troubleshoot issues with rotating equipment during operation
Ensure all pressure vessel and piping designs adhere to relevant industry standards
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to design, install, and commission new equipment and systems safely and efficiently
Serve as a subject matter expert for key rotating equipment
Assist in managing project scope, schedules, and budgets for project delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical processing environment
Working knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div. 1) and Process Piping code (B31.3)
Demonstrated experience with industrial rotating equipment and mechanical systems
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven “hands-on” mechanical and troubleshooting ability
Experience in environmental sustainability industry such as biogas, renewable energy or waste treatment
Working knowledge of commercial agreements and customer relations
Ability to travel (up to 40%)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
