About this role
Role Overview
Answer calls and respond promptly to emails to effectively handle customer inquiries.
Document customer interactions in our CRM.
Provide technical support to resolve product problems.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Performs other duties as assigned or required by the position.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Excellent listening, organization & problem-solving skills
Salesforce experience preferred
Oracle experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work proactively and independently
