Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements
Map and structure the sales funnel in the CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Close)
Translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce
Prioritize the backlog of commercial and technical requests
Design and oversee integrations with ERP, marketing, and other tools
Act in a consultative capacity with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
Create performance indicators and strategic analyses
Ensure governance and continuous evolution of the CRM
Requirements
Strong experience with Salesforce (Admin, Consultant, or Architect)
Experience with strategic CRM and B2B sales processes
Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, automation)
Knowledge of sales funnel and revenue metrics
