Facilitate design sprints and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Adobe’s product lines to align global teams and deliver cohesive experiences.
Use customer feedback, research, and data analytics to uncover insights and inform design decisions that delight users and solve complex problems.
Present design strategies and concepts to senior executives, crafting compelling narratives and using data to inspire alignment and action.
Serve as a design leader in the evolution of how we work, upskilling the team through workshops, critiques, and modeling excellence to the broader design organization.
Requirements
A related degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in product design
Experience working with a suite of disparate experiences and uniting them for a high-quality experience that meets customer and business objectives
Agility player who thrives in ambiguity and is able to drive progress, build alignment, and adapt to evolving platform strategies, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience mentoring and fostering an inclusive environment that empowers designers to innovate and deliver impactful work
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
