About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent programs, varying in size and complexity.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for issues and updates.
Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
Build material(s) that can be consumed at various levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations to status reports for project teams.
Organize, facilitate, and drive status meetings.
Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes to all team members.
Continually refine our release process, including optimizing usage of Adobe tools (such as Workfront, Acrobat PDF Spaces, etc.)
Assist the broader Marketing PMO team with process improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing sessions, process documentation, and other projects as needed.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in program management or operations.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to absorb new concepts.
Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront preferred) and methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
