Contribute to the development of documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides
Assist with root cause analysis to address recurring issues and prevent future disruptions
Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and organisational success
Requirements
5+ years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite etc)
Previous manufacturing sector or experience supporting manufacturing modules, with knowledge of processes, scheduling & planning tools, production orders, BoM, and routing
Experience in a Help Desk environment, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities is advantageous
Demonstrated alignment with the company’s core values

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
