Contribute hands-on to mechanical, hardware and system-level development, including prototyping and validating advanced solutions.
Collaborate with industrial designers, mechanical and electronics engineers, and product managers to merge creativity with technical rigor.
Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource planning while fostering an innovative team culture.

Requirements
MSc/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Embedded Systems.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in product development with strong technical expertise in one or more areas: mechanical design, hardware/electronics, or embedded systems.
Proven experience in agile development and working as a Scrum Master.
Passion for innovation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, front-end development environment.
Strong ideation and problem-solving skills and a track record of turning unconventional ideas into successful products.
Familiarity with CAD tools, prototyping methods, and system-level design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
