Collaborate with the quality squad, working directly with the client.
Define and evolve the testing and quality strategy (automation, functional and non-functional testing, test pyramid, shift-left, etc.).
Build quality capability within developers and teams (mentoring, pairing, workshops, best practices).
Work cross-squad, supporting multiple development teams.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, production defects, lead time, perceived quality).
Support the definition of QA processes, tools, and standards.
Maintain high client exposure, acting as a technical and strategic quality reference.
Report progress, risks, and QA maturity evolution to stakeholders.

Solid experience in QA / Quality Engineering.
Experience leading or serving as a technical reference in agile teams.
Strong knowledge of:
Test strategy
Test automation (UI, API, unit)
Quality in agile and DevOps environments
Experience in technical coaching or team enablement
Clear communication skills and a consultative approach when working with clients
Systemic thinking and a metrics-driven, continuous improvement mindset
Preferred / Nice to have:
Experience as a QA Lead, QA Master, or Quality Engineering Lead
Experience in environments with multiple squads (cross/scale agile)
Knowledge of models such as Team Topologies, Shift Left, Continuous Testing
Experience with enterprise clients or high-complexity projects
