Role Overview
- Implement and configure IT systems: You build and configure IT systems and integrate their components into complex network and client-server systems.
- User consulting: You advise users on selecting and using the appropriate hardware and software.
- User helpdesk support: You respond to support requests and resolve application and system issues using a variety of troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Administration and monitoring: You administer and monitor IT systems and mobile devices.
- Team member: From day one you'll be a full member of a young, fast-growing team with flat hierarchies.
- Professional development: You'll receive individual support to develop your skills and many opportunities for further advancement.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your Realschule diploma or a (technical) higher-education entrance qualification (Fachabitur/Abitur).
- Perhaps you've realized that university study is too far removed from practical work.
- You are a "digital native", hold a driver's license, have strong computer skills, and an interest in programming languages and databases.
- You are communicative and team-oriented.
- You have perseverance and a quick ability to grasp new information.
- You are eager to learn, take initiative, and are reliable.
- You have good English skills and logical thinking ability.
