Deliver exceptional service with a focus on timely responses and dependable follow-through to keep things moving forward.
Maintain accurate practice management reports and handle sensitive business matters confidentially.
Work closely with teams in IT, payroll, tax, and consulting to provide seamless support and well-rounded service.
Spot opportunities for efficiency, recommend improvements, and contribute to the firm's continuous improvement culture.
Stay up to date with evolving accounting practices and technology, participate in trainings, and share your learning with the team.

Requirements
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred—but not required if you bring the skills and drive.
1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners ready to grow.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online). Certification is a bonus—or something you’re willing to pursue.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication is a must—especially when working with clients and teammates.
