Manage and oversee multiple locations ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency
Start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, review safety updates, and address any outstanding issues from previous shifts
Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring tasks are assigned based on technician skills and availability
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, overseeing safety training, audits, and inspections to promote a culture of safety
Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements, generating reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives
Requirements
4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs
Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
Multi-Site Experience is a Must!
