Role Overview
Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
A minimum of 105 client sessions per month to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
Community involvement and engagement.
A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!
Requirements
Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT)
Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to come into the office in Monroeville, PA at least part of the week
