Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly focused on AI product development, ML-powered features, or AI-native product creation.
A strong track record of building and scaling consumer technology products, ideally in marketplaces, communication platforms, or trust-critical ecosystems.
Demonstrated success shipping innovative, high-impact products end-to-end, from concept and research to launch and iteration.
Proficiency in prototyping and MVP development via vibe coding, comfort with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Lovable etc. and AI applications in your daily work. Experience building AI-product user feedback loops, model evaluation, and quality improvement.
Expertise in data-driven product design, testing, and driving cutting edge experimentation techniques.
Comfort partnering closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions.
Exceptional user empathy and ability to simplify complex workflows into delightful experiences.
Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities; experience driving cross-functional alignment in high-growth environments.
