About this role
Role Overview
- Design, configure, and optimize both self-hosted and cloud environments.
- Conduct migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.
- Create custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and others.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems and platforms.
- Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Document workflows, processes, and migration steps.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center)
- Experience with cloud-based reporting and integration
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks
- Understanding of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
