About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for managing various real estate accounting and reporting processes
- Work closely with corporate real estate team for lease data accounting
- Review and run monthly allocations, prepare rent support and JE
- Oversee lease administration for leases with third-party partners
- Ensure invoices processed and accruals recorded accurately and timely
- Prepare timely and distribute quality monthly reporting analytics
- Responsible for billing, collections, and accounting for subleased properties
- Support real estate capital projects accounting and reporting
- Help establish CoE structure, processes, and controls
- Provide ad hoc reporting with insights into real estate analytics
- Support all Real Estate related audits
Requirements
- Accounting Degree (CPA or equivalent
- Accounting or Finance major preferred but not required)
- 4+ years’ experience in Finance and Accounting
- Strong operational experience with U.S. GAAP
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Team player, critical thinker, problem-solver willing to learn
- Ability to work independently, multitask with attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, BPC, financial automation tools
- Effective written & oral communication skills
