Role Overview
- Advising and coaching teachers
- Advising and supporting the pedagogical work of the teaching staff

Requirements
- A completed pedagogical/teaching qualification
- Experience in coaching or advisory work
- Experience working with pedagogical concepts (e.g., Prodema, ZRM, or similar)
- Experience and skill in working with adolescents and young adults
- Independent, self-directed, and reliable working style
- Strong team skills
