Collaboration on the further development of our dashboards and reporting structures.
Derivation of relevant insights for the People team and management.
Support for ongoing HR projects (process optimization, HR digitization, employer branding, L&D).
Creation of concepts, presentations and decision-making materials.
Ownership of individual project modules.
Support in the People team’s day-to-day operational tasks.

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Informatics, Human Resources or a comparable field.
Strong affinity for numbers, data and structured work.
Initial experience with Excel/Sheets, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
Interest in people-related topics, organizational development and project work.
Independent, reliable and proactive working style.
Willingness and enthusiasm to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
