Directly contribute to the commercial performance of the retail network by improving the reliability of sales forecasts and optimizing stock levels
Develop sales forecasts (product launches, promotional campaigns, in-store events and baseline shelf inventory) and analyze performance
Define, monitor and adjust replenishment thresholds across the network to ensure product availability while controlling inventory
Monitor stockouts in warehouses and stores, analyze their business impact, alert stakeholders and recommend corrective actions
Manage store inventories and ensure the accuracy of stock data
Serve as the key retail contact for stock, flow and best-practice topics
Contribute to continuous process improvement and participate in tool evolution projects as the business subject-matter expert

Higher education degree (business school, engineering, supply chain or equivalent)
Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, supply chain or retail performance management
Strong proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in data analysis
Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of revenue drivers
Project management experience, ideally related to tools or IT systems environments
Rigour, a structured approach and the ability to handle both analytical and operational responsibilities
Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for cross-functional and field-based work
