Role Overview
- Translate direct requirements from the CEO and General Management into clear, functional dashboards.
- Build and automate commercial and operational reports.
- Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple sources (sales, inventory, operations, etc.).
- Ensure periodic report updates without manual intervention.
- Maintain and adapt the reporting portfolio as business requirements or data sources evolve.
Requirements
- Proven experience building dashboards in real business environments.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in BI, reporting, or data automation.
- Strong command of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
- Python or R for automation is a plus.
- Experience reporting to senior leadership.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi-location operations is highly valued.
