Typically 3+ years related IT experience with 1-3 years as a scrum master
2+ years of experience on a Scrum Team in a SAFe agile environment
Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
Experience with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects
Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile such as ACC
Experience with Agile Tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne, Rally
Experience with testing practices (Gherkin) and DevOps
Experience facilitating the removal of impediments
