Role Overview
- Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs
- Provides stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of resources, project and program management
- Delivers a variety of programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
- Provides stand-up classroom instruction
- Reviews materials in relation to organizational needs and ensures quality and accuracy
- Fosters effective relationships among HR, management team, business units, and external partners
- Updates and analyzes program data to make recommendations to management
- Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses
Requirements
- university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
