Together with the Head of Growth, prioritize initiatives based on data.
Prepare decision materials for the management team and work closely with them.
Smart content & AI-supported content creation
Produce high-quality B2B content (whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, website copy, webinar presentations and scripts).
Use AI tools to increase efficiency — while taking responsibility for structure, storyline, argumentation and the final polish.
Create appropriate visuals, simple graphics and marketing assets (e.g. in Canva or similar tools).
Deeply familiarize yourself with packaging-relevant regulatory topics such as the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and build real subject-matter expertise.
Always craft content with the funnel in mind and with clear performance objectives.
Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a comparable field — ideally at a reputable university or business school.
You already have initial practical experience in a startup, consulting or growth role — e.g. through a previous internship or working student position.
You don’t want to do “just marketing” but want to understand how growth is built strategically.
You independently analyze KPIs, recognize patterns in the data and derive concrete next steps.
You bring excellent organizational and communication skills — in German (C2 level) and in English.
You have high personal standards, are reliable and keep track of multiple projects at once.
You are motivated to learn new things, enjoy taking responsibility and want to help shape a sustainable B2B business.
You have an interest in tech, SaaS or data-driven work.
You already live in Berlin or plan to relocate for the job entry.
