Providing analyst support, such as assisting the office in the creation of new and/or modification to existing project support materials (i.e., plans, resources, charts, and/or other system requirements, procedural, and design documents, etc.).
Providing input to Center and Agency project teams’ planning, formulation, scoping and requirements deliverables that reflect substantiated user stories, use cases, or mission/business performance impacts.
Identifying potential problem areas, trends, and areas of imbalance that could impact customer requirements and provide to management recommended solutions.
Interfacing with Programmatic customers to outline and document requirements.
Assisting team with projects across multiple disciplines often from diverse NASA centers and organizations with stakeholders ranging from senior management, engineers, technical and non-technical users.
Providing program and project management support, including creating and/or modifying documents such as Project Plans, requirements documents, developing and conducting briefings, meetings for senior management, establishing and maintaining integrated schedules and high-level correspondence.
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience.
Comfortable with frequent task changes, tight deadlines, and a high volume of work.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
Requires onsite presence 5 days a week at Kennedy Space Center.
Familiarity with Kennedy Space Center and NASA processes/culture is preferred.
