Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years in a senior technology leadership role (startup experience a plus).
Strong background in software development, cloud platforms, and system architecture.
Proven experience scaling products, teams, and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and best practices.
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working in a remote setting.
Fluent English and Portuguese Speaker.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (AWS, PMP, ITIL, CISSP) (Nice to Have).
Experience with Agile and DevOps environments (Nice to Have).
