Ensure the delivery of the project and its quality
Work on the most complex designs and features; ensure designs are implementable by development teams
Be responsible for the quality of the architecture and produced code using Theodo methodologies (3S) and routines (code review)
Serve as the main point of contact for your client
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by taking part in routine meetings with them (backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and ceremonies)
Be responsible for the success of Software Engineers on the project
Train your team through routines such as code reviews and pair programming
Manage and support your team on the ground with regular 1:1s with each team member

5–8 years of experience in Tech and at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead
Strong knowledge of complex web concepts (front-end, back-end, databases, infrastructure, deployment, CI, logging) and DevOps (Docker, containers, Kubernetes)
A strong interest in code quality
Ability to design simple infrastructure architectures
Experience supporting and coaching junior members of your team
Bonus: expertise in public-sector projects and accessibility issues and/or prior experience in the public sector
