Maintain and further develop the Access Management landscape, with Okta as core platform.
Design and optimize secure authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
Implement and maintain Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions (OPA-based).
Automate IAM platform deployments using Terraform and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with architects, product owners and DevOps teams.
Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of development features.
Support compliance activities related to GDPR, NIS2 and SOx.
Continuously improve scalability, reliability and security of the AM environment.

You bring at least 5 years of experience within Identity & Access Management and are comfortable operating in enterprise environments across cloud and hybrid landscapes.
Language skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
