Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Greenlee electrical tools, from strategy development through product launch, optimization, and rationalization
Develop long term product line strategies and corresponding new product pipelines aligned with Emerson Professional Tools strategic priorities
Lead electrification focused portfolio strategies, including data center infrastructure applications and emerging market opportunities
Maintain deep understanding of competitive dynamics, customer needs, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and Global teams to define, prioritize, and execute new product development programs
Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies and new approaches into future product offerings
Define product positioning, value propositions, and go to market strategies
Lead product launch planning and execution in collaboration with Marketing Communications, including trade shows, product demonstrations, training, and promotional activities
Conduct ongoing market research using internal and external data sources to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Build, develop, and lead a high performing team of product managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Seven or more years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or commercial roles within a manufactured products environment
Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, new product development, and commercialization
Strong business insight with the ability to translate market and financial data into actionable strategies
Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
Experience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Communications
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
