About this role

Perform complex testing tasks requiring planning, scheduling, and testing
Communicate with product, developers, and technical support specialists on product issues
Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms
Investigate customer problems and manage bug reports
Work with deployments teams to resolve issues and offer inputs on product design
Analyze software systems and coordinate with teams to fix bugs and changes
