Fundraising Program Manager

Role Overview

• Manage fundraising campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, texting, and telemarketing.
• Support campaign strategy development, including budgets, creative direction, segmentation, and production.
• Draft campaign outlines, reports, and presentations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and production partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on time.
• Oversee copy, design, and production schedules, managing quality control.
• Develop and oversee campaign support materials, ensuring costs, data, and invoicing are accurate.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in direct response nonprofit fundraising
• Expert in Microsoft Office programs like SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong desire to learn and the wisdom to know when to ask for help
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight
• Resourcefulness and a creative mindset
• Top-notch teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy, agency environment
• Ability to bring positivity and inclusivity to interactions with colleagues.
