Role Overview
- Work embedded in a cross-functional team with software developers, technical product owners and testers
- Drive the design and implementation of our systems, knowing the context and why we are implementing what we are implementing
- Mentor and coach other members of the department
Requirements
- strong experience in Java or Kotlin (back-end)
- comfortable with TDD (test-driven development)
- Extensive knowledge of Java or Kotlin programming languages (5 years+)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in a cross-functional, agile development team
- 3+ years practical experience in test driven development and an interest in pair programming
