As our new Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the driving force behind data-driven insights across the company
You will develop scalable data models, build self-service analytics structures, and create intelligent data products
Work closely with our teams to translate their requirements into actionable data solutions
Build and maintain scalable data models to support analysis and reporting needs
Develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics across the organization
Evolve our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery
Ensure data quality through testing frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation
Confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for data-informed approaches, including with senior stakeholders

3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Generalist
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt and visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
A deep understanding of data modeling concepts to structure datasets efficiently for analysis and reporting
Data-first mindset and pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all analytics outputs
Close collaboration with stakeholders to define metrics and enable data-driven decisions
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and deliver insights and recommendations that drive meaningful action
