Role Overview

• Serve as a licensed technical leader for water distribution and wastewater collection system projects
• Take ownership of advanced design deliverables
• Provide independent project oversight
• Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering-related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years of experience in relevant discipline
• Advanced expertise in planning/design concepts and industry standards
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Demonstrated success managing technical delivery on complex projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or graphic design software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
