As an Inbound Lead Generation Specialist (DACH), you are the main point of contact for prospective customers and represent amber as the first touchpoint
You are responsible for our outbound campaign and regularly analyze our content mix
You plan and organize target-group-specific webinars, coordinate internal and external speakers, manage participant communications, and ensure qualified leads are handed over to sales through consistent follow-up
You build a qualified pipeline through trade shows, webinars, and social selling
You plan and execute event and webinar campaigns and measure their impact on pipeline, MQLs, and SQLs
You work closely with marketing and sales to optimize campaigns, content, and landing pages
You use LinkedIn (social selling), community formats, and partner events to target mid-market companies in the DACH region
In initial conversations you identify the specific challenges of prospective customers, spark their interest, and prepare them for the next step in our sales process
Requirements
You have initial experience in B2B SaaS sales or a comparable sales role and understand the dynamics of this area
You have a strong sense for the needs of our new customers and can quickly identify sales potential
You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and use various channels for effective outreach
You communicate clearly, reliably, and persuasively in German and English and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
You are either already familiar with topics around artificial intelligence or motivated to quickly and deeply engage with these exciting areas
You are up for a steep learning curve with clear KPI guidance in the role
