Role Overview

• Responsible for the success of your clients
• Analyze existing company structures and develop effective plans for optimization
• Manage your own client portfolio and regularly coordinate with the team on current client cases
• Develop innovative marketing and sales strategies and implement proven social-selling practices
• Communicate proactively with clients and lead coaching, onboarding, and live calls
• Maintain client relationships for long-term, successful business partnerships
• Take ownership of internal processes and drive their continuous improvement

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the following areas: strategy, marketing, sales, CRM
• Ideally previous experience as a self-employed consultant or agency owner
• Proven track record as a successful closer or experience in coaching
• Meticulous, well-organized, and quick to understand new concepts
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Experience with social media, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
• Highly proactive and eager to contribute new ideas
• Self-driven and absolutely reliable
• Able to follow existing processes and further develop them
• Ambitious to grow both professionally and personally
