Managing enterprise security baselines, patch management, and compliance reporting across Windows and macOS fleets.
Configuring and troubleshooting office network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls and wireless access points.

5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, engineering, or infrastructure roles.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD, Google Workspace).
Proven experience with Microsoft device management solutions (Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
Relevant certifications beneficial (Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
