Build a centralized customer data and telemetry platform
Enable cross-product insights and intelligent automation
Embed AI and ML into core workflows
Power personalization and predictive capabilities at scale
Turn data into competitive differentiation
Architect and scale distributed data systems that support high availability, fault tolerance, security and cost efficiency across cloud-native environments.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales and Marketing to ensure the platform becomes a true force multiplier for the business.

15 plus years of experience building distributed data systems, APIs and AI platforms
Director-level leadership experience building and scaling global engineering teams
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure or GCP
Strong background in data engineering, telemetry pipelines and applied AI
Experience scaling platforms in high-growth SaaS environments
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technical execution
Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership presence
