Role Overview
- Coordinate with team members, Team Leads, and Underwriters on daily operational tasks
- Attend business meetings and take responsibility for follow-up actions
- Maintain electronic records following established guidelines and processes
- Review and verify data accuracy using source documents
- Follow up on outstanding items and documentation as required
- Support the team in meeting service level agreements and targets
- Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve queries and inconsistencies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional office environment (nice to have)
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance or financial services (nice to have)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively (nice to have)
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving aptitude (nice to have)
