Role Overview
- Lead a team of experts to deliver projects and product launches
- Focus on sustainability, AI, innovation, and cost reduction
- Ensure alignment with company strategy and drive global initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple functions and regions promoting a safety culture
- Report directly to the Regional Technical Sr Director, AC in Latam
- Oversee the execution of the product development pipeline
- Manage the customer support pipeline through tools like Compass
- Act as a critical contributor alongside business and product management teams
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's preferred) in Chemistry or related technical/engineering discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive technical leadership experience
- At least 5 years in management
- Strong fluency in AI and automation
- Experience managing complex projects to completion
- Demonstrated authentic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement skills
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, independent decision-making, and change management capabilities
- English language communication skills
