Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) program
Lead RCM, FMEA, and RCA to eliminate top chronic failures and production losses
Build criticality assessments and spares strategies in collaboration with Supply/Parts
Develop and optimize PM strategies using data
Create equipment reliability models and performance dashboards
Maintain and improve equipment bills of materials and failure coding standards
Partner with planners/schedulers to sequence work that reduces downtime
Validate job plans and scopes for critical work your profile
Specify quality criteria and precision maintenance standards
Support shutdown/outage scope selection and post-event reviews
Facilitate cross-functional Defect Elimination forums
Recommend engineering changes utilizing internal systems.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)
3–7 years in reliability/maintenance engineering within mining or heavy industry
Exposure to mobile assets (Surface or Underground) and subsequent maintenance activities
Demonstrated application of RCM, FMEA, RCA (5-Whys, Fishbone, Apollo/TapRooT)
Proven track record improving availability, MTBF, and maintenance cost performance
Good command of verbal and written English.
