Preparatory financial and payroll accounting: You are responsible for independently preparing the monthly financial and payroll accounting.
Reporting & controlling: You collect and structure our financial data for internal analyses.
Liquidity management: Ensure that all payments are made on time.
Administrative process optimization: You support the further development and standardization of administrative processes.
Administrative support: You also take on selected administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Numerical aptitude & digital skills: You enjoy working with numbers and have strong Excel skills.
Comfortable with digital tools: Ideally, you have experience with accounting or controlling software.
Attention to detail & sense of responsibility: You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner.
Organizational talent & overview: You maintain an overview across multiple projects and budgets and structure information clearly.
Independent working style & team spirit: You work self-organized and solution-oriented, contribute ideas, and drive topics forward proactively.
