Support the delivery of SAP TM process design solutions, including system customizing, documentation, and testing activities, under senior consultant guidance
Assist with integrations between SAP TM and other SAP modules (such as ERP, EWM, GTS, and EM), primarily through testing, validation, and issue analysis
Participate in customer workshops by supporting preparation activities, note-taking, and follow-up actions
Help prepare functional specifications for customer-specific requirements, with review and validation from senior team members
Execute and document test cases for configured business scenarios and customer-specific processes
Support go-live preparation activities, including system readiness checks, user support, and issue resolution during the stabilization (hypercare) period
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Transportation Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain-related roles
Hands-on exposure to SAP TM, preferably through participation in at least one implementation or rollout
Basic SAP TM configuration skills, with a strong willingness to further develop technical and functional expertise
Foundational knowledge of SAP Digital Supply Chain processes; SAP TM certification is a plus
Ability to support business requirement analysis and solution design under senior guidance
Experience with testing, documentation, and go-live support activities
Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Execution processes
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in local and international teams
