Role Overview
- Lead architectural design across implementation, acceleration and invention initiatives
- Build scalable Python/Django services and APIs
- Design MVP solutions that can evolve into core platform capabilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
- Mentor mid-level engineers and elevate engineering standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and other engineering teams
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in Python
- Deep experience with Django (or similar Python frameworks)
- Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs
- Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems
- Experience influencing or leading technical architecture decisions
- Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
