About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate the implementation of the corporate AI model, ensuring execution of the roadmap and achievement of defined milestones
- Define and lead governance routines (steering committee, thematic towers, ambassador program)
- Serve as the integration focal point between business areas, IT, risk, HR and other stakeholders
- Organize the initiative backlog, track deliveries, and manage dependencies and impediments
- Support the rollout of processes related to governance, prioritization, risk management, benefits and the lifecycle of AI initiatives
- Lead the execution of the ambassador program and other organizational mobilization efforts
- Consolidate KPIs, status updates and tracking materials for executive reporting
- Prepare management artifacts (schedules, plans, reports, logs and operational controls)
- Support workshops, working sessions and interactions with areas involved in the program
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate project management, preferably involving multiple organizational interfaces
- Experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation or cross-functional corporate programs
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and monitor multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Strong execution orientation, with experience structuring and tracking deliverables
- Experience preparing executive materials and progress reports
