Drive Repair Development Strategy for Aero Alliance for key product lines
Support creation and execution of Repair Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) for MRO expansion and Level 5 Component Repairs
Manage full business cases for repairs, including Engineering, P&E and any other related capital or operational expense investment to develop new repairs
Partner with Operations team to expand shop capabilities
Enhance repair development awareness within Aero Alliance network
Identify opportunities for improved Turn Around Time for Level 5 repairs across Supply chain
Ensure timely execution of repair development related programs and activities.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or other relevant technical functions
Demonstrable competence in Aeroderivative repair world
Willingness to travel around 20% of the time worldwide.
