Define, evolve and ensure the application of the company's Data Governance model;
Orchestrate governance roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective performance of data owners and data stewards;
Lead metadata management initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency and traceability (catalog, glossary and data lineage);
Define and monitor data quality metrics, supporting technical and business areas in prioritizing and resolving issues;
Serve as governance focal point for privacy, LGPD, data classification and ethical use of information, in partnership with privacy and security teams;
Ensure appropriate governance in Self-Service BI environments, balancing analytical autonomy, standardization and control;
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level analysts, promoting technical growth and governance best practices;
Contribute to awareness programs and a data-driven culture, focusing on responsible and strategic use of information;
Support the application of governance principles in advanced data and AI initiatives, ensuring quality, transparency, explainability and responsible use of information throughout the data lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Knowledge of the data lifecycle and data governance concepts (quality, security, ethics and compliance);
In-depth knowledge of the data lifecycle and data governance disciplines (quality, security, privacy, ethics and compliance);
Intermediate to advanced English (reading technical materials, interacting with vendors and stakeholders);
Specific knowledge of data quality dimensions (completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness, uniqueness and validity);
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and models (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM);
Experience with data catalog, metadata management and data lineage tools (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Collibra, Alation, Atlan or similar);
Familiarity with modern analytics environments, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks), transformation and analytical modeling layers (e.g., dbt), and visualization and Self-Service BI tools (e.g., Power BI), from the perspective of governance, quality, traceability and usage control;
Solid knowledge of LGPD, privacy, data protection and data classification;
Understanding of data architecture and integration between operational and analytical environments;
Ability to critically assess tools, processes and governance maturity.
