Role Overview
Run the operational cadence of GTM onboarding programs across multiple roles and hiring cohorts
Translate hiring forecasts and business priorities into structured onboarding execution
Manage onboarding logistics including scheduling, communications, certifications, and stakeholder coordination
Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Sales, and Technical Success to keep onboarding current as products and messaging evolve
Design scalable systems and processes that support high-volume onboarding while maintaining a high-quality experience
Implement AI-forward approaches to onboarding operations and learner experience
Establish and track onboarding success metrics including participation, readiness signals, and ramp indicators
Continuously improve the program based on field feedback, business changes, and hiring scale
Requirements
Experience owning or operating onboarding or enablement programs for customer-facing teams
Strong program management and organizational skills
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage complex logistics and recurring program operations
Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco
Enjoy turning complex programs into repeatable systems that scale
Have experience operating GTM onboarding or enablement programs in fast-growing technology companies
Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders across different teams and levels
Think in systems and processes rather than one-off solutions
Bring curiosity and creativity to applying AI tools to improve workflows and learning experiences
Are comfortable operating in environments where priorities, products, and hiring needs evolve quickly.
