Conduct active outbound prospecting using cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, social selling, and networking;
Work exclusively with outbound leads, responsible for generating qualified sales meetings;
Build, enrich, and manage cold lead lists segmented by market, customer profile, and competitors;
Execute sales approaches tailored to each prospect’s profile, segment, and identified pain points;
Manage individual prospecting and opportunity-generation targets, working daily to achieve results;
Record, update, and track all interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM and engagement platforms;
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (calls, responses, conversion to meetings), continuously seeking to optimize the outbound process;
Develop market analysis insights by mapping competitors, strategic segments, and opportunities;
Continuously seek knowledge about the products, market, and prospecting best practices;
Actively participate in management rituals, team meetings, and feedback sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
Previous experience in Outbound Sales/Active Prospecting
Experience with B2B sales
Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and proactive outreach
Knowledge and use of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
Highly commercial profile with a focus on targets, discipline, and consistency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, with the ability to manage pipeline and daily activities.
